Terms of Use
Last updated: September 7, 2026
Junior Golf Passport is a live, early-stage service for an adult to record and share a junior golfer's courses, milestones, rounds, and memories. By creating an account or using its account features, the adult account holder agrees to follow these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service or add information about a child.
Adult-Managed Use
Accounts and junior golfer passports must be created and managed by a parent, guardian, or other responsible adult. Children may view or help with a passport under adult supervision, but they must not create or manage an account independently. The adult is responsible for account activity and for deciding what information is safe and appropriate to store, publish, or share.
The service does not yet include formal age assurance or verified guardian-consent controls. It should remain invitation-only and private by default while those safeguards are developed.
Accounts And Access
Provide accurate adult account information, protect passwords and devices, and sign out on shared devices. Do not share an account password. A passport share link acts like a password: anyone who has it may be able to view the published content and pass the link to someone else.
Your Content
You keep ownership of content you add. You give the service permission to host, copy, resize, process, and display that content only as needed to operate the passport and the visibility or sharing choices you make. Only upload material you have permission to use, including photos, names, stories, scores, tournament information, and links. Do not post confidential, harmful, misleading, or illegally obtained content.
Keep an independent copy of important photos and records. The service is not a permanent archive and cannot promise that content will never be lost or unavailable.
Visibility And Publication
Public passports can be viewed by anyone and may appear in the golfer directory. Link-only passports are intended for people who receive the share link. Private passports require an authorized sign-in unless the adult manager creates a share link. Recipients may copy or screenshot anything they can see, so review the full passport before publishing or sharing it. More detail is available in the Privacy Policy.
AI Drafting And Course Information
Built-in AI drafting is optional and runs only when the adult chooses it. AI-generated text may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate; the adult must review and edit it before saving or publishing. Course lookup uses Google Places and may also be incomplete or incorrect. Do not treat a course listing, map location, AI draft, or achievement label as an official record.
Safety And Acceptable Use
You must not use the service to:
- exploit, endanger, harass, or impersonate a child or another person;
- publish a child's sensitive contact, schedule, medical, school, or live-location information;
- upload content you do not have the right or permission to use;
- break the law, interfere with the service, evade access controls, or probe another account; or
- send harmful code, spam, or deceptive material.
Access or content may be limited when reasonably necessary to protect a person, investigate misuse, secure the service, or comply with a valid legal obligation.
No Recruiting Or Performance Guarantee
Junior Golf Passport can help organize a golfer's journey, but it does not guarantee tournament results, coach interest, school placement, or recruiting outcomes.
Availability And Security
The service is provided as an early-stage product and may change, experience errors, or be interrupted. Authentication and access controls are used, but no guarantee of complete security, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation is made.
Stopping Use And Deletion
You may stop using the service and can edit or remove individual items where controls are available. Self-service export, complete account deletion, and a published direct support channel are not yet available. This is a significant early-service limitation; do not upload sensitive child information until a reliable deletion and support process exists.
Changes To These Terms
These terms may change as the service develops. The updated date at the top of the page will change when revisions are posted. Material changes should be presented to adult account holders before continued use is requested.
Current Contact Limitation
A verified legal operator identity, mailing address, and direct support or privacy contact are not currently published. Those details must be added before broad public launch. If you received access from another person, contact that person outside the app. The support page lists the immediate steps currently available.
